Each CD contains several tracks to enable you to use it in different situations.

Track 1- Introduction.

Track 3  - Paradise Main. For when you have more time, enjoy a wonderful 15 minute journey into your own personal and peaceful paradise, to gain just what you need to feel great.

Both tracks 2 and 3 make a wonderful and beneficial end to all sorts of exercise classes, from Pilates and Yoga to Aerobics, Circuit and Cycle as well as seminars and at home for yourself.

Track 4 - Paradise into Sleep. Perfect for listening to in bed at bed time, it is very similar to track 3, but with a different ending that invites you into a deep and comfortable sleep, to wake refreshed and energised at just the right time.

Track 5  - Sleep Plus. A special bonus version of track 4. It contains extra audio effects, which have been particularly useful in helping some people relax more effectively and are most effective when listening through headphones. 

Please note the music runs on after working session times in tracks 2 - 5 for ease of use and listening pleasure.
